In the next five to ten years, we hope to introduce jaw-dropping innovations that will revolutionize the book industry. All our projects will use one or more of the technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, deep learning, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and blockchain/ NFT.
eBooks are the next generation of the book industry, and the coming ten years will be an era of a complete revolution in digital publishing. ‘Mage Orange’ is gearing up to lead this Revolution.
eBooks with Holographic Projection, VR, and AR Capabilities
VR facilitates diving into a virtual 3D interactive world, while AR makes possible interactive 3D projections in the real world. VR and AR devices are already in the market, such as the Oculus series and Microsoft Hololens. While there is still time for these devices to evolve into perfection and become more affordable, the day is not too far away. It is highly expected that soon tablets and mobile phones will have 3D and holographic projection capabilities.
We are working on developing eBooks that will make use of VR, AR, and holographic projections. Such types of eBooks will transform the non-fiction and educational categories. Nevertheless, we will be looking forward to developing devices and book apps with the mentioned capabilities.

These books and courses will be based on applications that will use AI, VR, AR, face scanning and voice interaction. The face-scanning feature will detect facial expressions for the AI to decide the reader’s perception and immediately ask questions if it detects confusion. The questions can be answered and explained by the super-intelligent eBook. These books will also answer and explain any question asked by the reader with high precision. The use of interactive holographic projections along with VR and AR will make super interactive learning possible. Chemistry, physics, medical, geology, geography, astronomy, and engineering labs can be simulated. Students and scholars from remote areas will not be affected or least affected by the unavailability of instruments, chemicals, etc. In short, we will revolutionise the education field and industry.

We are working on introducing the learning capabilities of a thousand intelligent individuals into a single book with high-speed response. These books will use AI, VR, AR, face scanning, voice interaction, etc.
In addition to the inbuilt data, we will feed all possible books and notes by great authors into its database so that the book, during the course of its standard display of contents, can answer and explain questions asked by the reader most efficiently with lots of explanations. These books will also browse the internet for information and automatically distinguish between information from reliable sources and check the validity of the information before providing the explanation to the reader. These books will check facial expressions to detect confusion and thereby change the level of explanation. The same book will provide different explanations and rotation of content to different readers based on their level of understanding and perception.
AI-Powered Novels
Such novels will simulate the author’s voice along with 3D projections of the author and environments and characters during the narration. Even text-based novels will not be the same as they will change the background theme in contrast to the events in the chapter and the nature of the reader. The book will provide recaps when resumed after a gap. Also, if the reader forgets about a particular character or event from a previous chapter, they can ask the book. These novels will also allow the readers to connect with the Author on Metaverse or similar platforms using 3D holographic virtual meeting.

Blockchain & NFT Based Book Sales & Marketplace for Authors
Blockchain is a method of storing data that is difficult or impossible to hack or alter. A blockchain is essentially a digital log of transactions that is duplicated and distributed throughout the blockchain complete network of computers. Non-fungible token or NFT is a blockchain-based technology to transfer the ownership of digital assets or physical assets in digital form. Bitcoin is based on blockchain technology but can be traded, while NFTs cannot be traded.
We are working on a platform facilitating the sale of books by our Authors and probably third parties based on the NFT technology. As the NFT only allows the complete transfer of ownership, this type of sale is distinguished from a retail sale where one book is distributed to many customers or readers. Hence, we are also exploring methods and innovations for the retail sale of digital books using blockchain or a more sophisticated technology that can efficiently check unauthorised distribution and piracy.
